Before we connect anything to a model, we agree which system is authoritative for which fact. The CRM owns the customer; Xero owns the invoice. AI reads from the source — never from a copy of a copy.

Every AI-drafted answer carries its sources. If the model says “your Q3 revenue was $1.4M,” you can click through to the rows it pulled. No source, no answer.
